Began by helping new Director build his confidence and vision for his department. Using the change model found with in Thinking Differently® about… Implementing Ideas, this director with his senior team created: "Moving people towards healthier lifestyles through amazing experiences one conversation at a time”. The idea being that his team had the opportunity to really impact on the public users of their venues and services by creating amazing experiences for them. That this new thinking can be created in a quiet subtle way within his department groups by sharing this vision one conversation at a time. This was accomplished over a year-long process of workshops, and individual coaching sessions with his managers as they began to understand what the vision truly meant and apply with their staff.  This model is now being implemented through the entire city administration as they build a new customer service mentality.
